Hidden Room is a contemporary home with a unique layout located near Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, Arizona. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is perfect for families with small children—in fact, it has a semi-hidden room that kids can crawl through to access their own bunk room! 

Hidden Room also has some fabulous features that parents and kids can enjoy together. There are foosball and ping-pong tables, plenty of toys and games, and large, smart flat-screen televisions in every bedroom—perfect for movie nights. 

The backyard offers a shaded gazebo with an outdoor seating area, built-in grill, and 60” flat screen television. Kids can splash around in the private, heated pool while parents enjoy the brand-new six-person jacuzzi tub. 

2. Luxe

Luxe is a spacious, elegant home with seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a half-bath located in North Scottsdale.

During your time at the Ultimate Compound, you and your family will feel like you’re at your own personal resort. You’ll never want to leave!  

The Ultimate Compound includes a heated pool, jacuzzi tub, horseshoe pit, outdoor pool table, ping-pong tables, gaming tables, hammock, cornhole pit, and tons of fruit trees. Inside the main house, there is a giant great room with luxury furniture that’s the perfect place to hang out. The bunkhouse has a loft for kids to play, and the space opens to a large sports court! 

4. The Sutton 

Size: 5,200 square-feet 

Guests: 16 guests 

The Sutton is a chic, elegant residence with a 25-foot retractable glass door that provides a seamless connection between the comfortable indoors and fun-filled outdoors.  

Since The Sutton has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the visitors in each room can enjoy their own private bathroom—a huge plus for large families! The great room is a comfortable and luxurious gathering space—you can lounge on the sectional while watching TV or sip a glass of wine from the great room bar.  

There’s no shortage of fun things to do outside either. One of the backyard’s best features is the large swimming pool with an awesome waterslide that kids will love. Back 9 is a gorgeous six-bedroom and three-bathroom designer home. It was recently renovated, and it feels brand-new!
